Spy Classroom Anime 2023 Release Date Announces

On Friday, teaser trailers, some key visuals, and additional cast members have announced in Spy Classroom anime. The adaptation for TV of this light novel series was made public at the “Fantasia Bunko Online Festival 2022” in March. The show will feature animation through Studio feel. The animated series of Spy Classroom is scheduled to debut in 2023 worldwide.

This light novel by Takemachi and illustrated by Tomari began serialization in 2020 on Fujimi Fantasia Bunko and currently has six volumes. In Japan, it is referred to by the name The Spy Room. Manga adaptations created by Kaname Seu are being published in the Media Factory’s Comic Alive magazine. The short-story light novel collection is in the process of being completed. The light novel has been awarded an award for the 31st Fantasia Bunko award.

Cast and Staff Of Spy Classroom Series

Keiichiro Kawaguchi ( Sket Dance, Mayo Chiki!) is the show’s director, while Shinichi Inotsume ( JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Food Wars!) is in charge of the series’ music. Sumie Kinoshita ( Idoly Pride, Forest of Piano) is the character designer. Sora Amamiya (Akame Kame Akame Ga Kill, Touka Kirishima – Tokyo Ghoul) will voice the female lead, Lily, and Yuichiro Umehara (Golbin Slayer – Goblin Slayer, Courier – Akudama Drive) will be the voice of the main male character, Klaus. The additional cast names announced include the following:

  • Nao Toyama (Yui Yuigahama – My Teen Romantic Comedy) cast as Sybilla
  • Miku Ito (Miku Nakano Miku Ito (Miku Nakano the Quintessential Quintuplets) cast as Grete
  • Sumire Uesaka (Nagatoro Nagatoro Don’t Toy with Me Nagatoro, Nagatoro – Don’t Toy With Me, Nagatoro) was cast as Thea
  • Aoi Yuki (Tanya – Saga of Tanya the Evil) cast as Monika
  • Ayane Sakura (Ochako Uraraka – My Hero Academia) cast as Sara
  • Tomori Kusunoki (Natsume – Deca-Dence) was cast as Annette

The Story of Spy Classroom Animation Series

Spy Classroom is a series that follows a group of misfit teens who are given an impossible mission. The show stars with th character of Lily, the young girl with white hair who has barely got her practicals right, and other trainee spies with similar outcomes throughout their education in various ways. Lily’s initial excitement diminishes as time passes, with her realizing exactly that the purpose of the task isn’t a reality.
