The first season of demon slayer has been released in 2019 and got so much popularity among viewers.
It is the story of Tanjiro Kamado a boy whose family got killed by demons and only his sister was left alive but got cursed by demons. So In this story, he seeks the cure of Najuko’s Curse and becomes a part of the secretive Demon Slayer community that secretly fights against the Demons for centuries.
After releasing of the first season, In 2020, the first movie of the Demon slayer series named Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train has been released and set a record of the highest-grossing movie of all time in Japan with a total collection of 300 billion yen at the box office.
Demon Slayer second season has been released on 10th October 2021. It is currently streaming on Funimation and Crunchyroll. It contains a total of 7 episodes. But this is not about the further story but these episodes will contain the story highlight of the movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train as the Mugan Train arc. This arc will be shown as the updated version of the movie but no new story will be going to see in this arc. But you will be going to see 70 new scenes along with a new music track and a new theme song. The viewers who want new fresh stories and episodes will have to wait till December 2021.
Release Date of Demon slayer Season 2
The Second Season of Demon Slayer aka kimetsu no yaiba has be premiere on 5 December 2021 as Entertainment District Arc. The premiere is an hour-long episode which is worth waiting that long.
The popular anime shows usually premiere or are released during Spring, fall, and winter seasons and so demon slayer will. The Official website of demon slayer announced on 6 September, Monday that the upcoming Entertainment District Arc will be going to be air this coming fall and winter on a programming block on fuji T.V. in two Cours ( quarters) three months each. All the Episodes will be going to be air on every Sunday at 11:15 pm 9 (Japan Time).
After having success of season 1 of Demon slayer fuji T.V. have also been put together five special sessions through September of season 1 with new Footage.

Ufotable and Aniplex USA have already released the official trailer of Demon slayer season 2 Containing information about Entertainment District Arc showing the expedition of Demon Slayer Corps.
As shown in the trailer, there may be a special focus on Tengen Uzui who is a sound Hashira. We may presume this arc to be like the Mugan train like in which Rengoku has given a set target along with the trio of Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu.
